This Refund Policy governs refund, return, and credit practices for Digital Goods purchased from the Platform. It does not replace the Terms.
1.1 Due to the instantaneous digital delivery and irreversible nature of Digital Goods, all sales are final once delivered — except where expressly permitted below.
1.2 “Delivered” means the unique code, key, or digital license has been displayed, emailed, or otherwise placed under the User’s control.
Refunds are permitted only in the following limited situations:
The code is invalid, not working, or unusable for its stated purpose.
The code is clearly duplicated or already activated prior to delivery.
The Product significantly differs from its description on the Platform.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Codes once revealed, viewed, or redeemed.
Regional restrictions, account compatibility issues, or technical limitations beyond the Company’s control.
4.1 To request a refund, you must submit a ticket within 14 days of delivery with evidence (screenshots, error messages).
4.2 We will investigate and reply within 5 business days.
4.3 The Company reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny refunds.
Approved refunds will be issued via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit at equivalent value (at the Company’s discretion).
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
Forfeiture of refund rights.
Account suspension or termination.
Reporting to payment processors for abuse prevention.
If you dispute a refund decision, you may seek mediation, arbitration, or applicable consumer protection channels in your jurisdiction.
