1. Pricing and Account Sharing We purchase the game on a single account and share access among multiple clients, significantly reducing the cost. Customers will not have the ability to change the account password or email.

2. Save Files and Offline Access Each customer will have a separate save file. To ensure uninterrupted access, users must follow the provided guide to set Steam to offline mode and disable cloud saves. Once these steps are completed, customers can play anytime, even when others are using the account.

3. Lifetime Access Customers will have lifetime access to the purchased game account after completing the purchase.

4. Online Multiplayer Restrictions Due to the nature of shared accounts, online multiplayer functionality is not available.

5. Game Updates Customers are allowed to update the game whenever an update is available.

6. Prohibited Activities Customers are strictly prohibited from sharing or reselling the purchased account. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate revocation of access without any refund.

7. Multiple Game Purchases Each game will be assigned to a separate account unless purchased as part of a bundle.

8. Refund Policy Refunds are only possible before receiving account access. Once the account credentials have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

9. System Compatibility Customers must ensure their system meets the game’s requirements before purchasing, as no refunds will be granted due to system incompatibility.

10. Agreement to Terms By purchasing and using our service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in the suspension or termination of access without refund.
