How to Change Account Details

To update the password and email information associated with your purchased account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the provided Outlook.com email account. If prompted that the account is locked, you can unlock it by verifying your own phone number. This is a standard Microsoft security procedure and is a one-time process. Your phone number will not be linked to the email account.

2. Use the supplied credentials to log in to the relevant gaming platform (e.g., Sony, Epic Games).

3. Change your email address and password directly on the platform. You must remain logged into the Outlook.com account during this process, as verification codes will be sent there to confirm these critical changes.
